Description:

Nightswimming is a collaboration between Mike Mills and Michael Stipe of the American alternative rock group R.E.M. Released in 1993, the song talks about a group of friends going skinny dipping after dark. A piano riff by Miles inspired vocalist Stipe. The song also features a string arrangement by John Paul Jones, the former bassist for Led Zeppelin.
