Edward Rushton was a very renowned poet from Liverpool. He lost his eyes in his middle age and founded a blind school. His father made an arrangement to make him aware of all the current political and philosophical events. After that he has produced several marvelous works. All of his writings including “With my Whip” consist of his personal and professional experience those he has gained during his sufferings through the years.
