Jennifer Linn is an American pianist, composer, arranger, writer, editor and teacher. She has created Journey Through The Classics, a four-volume piano repertoire series designed to lead students without jolt from the earliest classics to the intermediate masterworks. Ms. Linn’s teaching career spans more than 25 years and includes independent studio teaching, group instruction and piano pedagogy at the university level. One of her compositions is “Joyful Bells,” which has been described as a “majestic-sounding solo” in which the damper pedal is used to good effect to enhance bell-like effects. Ms. Linn received her B.M. with distinction and M.M. in piano performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music where she was the winner of the concerto-aria competition.
